I ran this air conditioner on a 200ah lithium battery and then recharged it back to 100% the next day on a 240 watt solar panel in the south Florida sun.
This means if I had consistent sunlight I can run this air conditioner contiguously … or till the power comes back on anyway.
The air conditioner I ran is very efficient as you can see from the video testing above and the inverter was able to handle running this unit without ever even having to run it’s internal cooling fans.
I’m very pleased with this setup.
